Dear NCS Members, The 2020 NCS Small Format Exhibit opening reception scheduled for March 27th has been postponed. Ellen Nelson, Director of the Center of the Arts Boyer Gallery at The Hill School, Pottstown, PA has prepared an online exhibit. In the past, only the award winners were posted on our NCS web site so this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to see the entire exhibit. I hope all of you have a sufficient supply of collage materials to have happy hands at home during our imposed isolation. Stay well, Gretchen Bierbaum NCS President
